All three offices belong to the same legal entity (İmforx Labs Ltd., Türkiye). The EU offices are operational/branch offices and not separate legal entities.
6.Regulatory information
İmforx Labs Ltd. operates the Travelfed platform as a B2B intermediary between travel agencies, tour operators, and licensed suppliers (hotels, airlines, package operators, cruises, transfers, car rentals, and Health Tourism providers). Travelfed does not contract directly with end consumers. Where a travel service is sold to a consumer, the contract is between the consumer and the agency that holds the relevant national travel-agency licence.
7.Online dispute resolution (EU)
Although Travelfed is a B2B service, in compliance with EU Regulation 524/2013 we link the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform here for transparency:

İmforx Labs Ltd. is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, as Travelfed is a B2B platform. Disputes between Travelfed and registered agencies are governed by the Terms & Conditions.

The content on travelfed.com is prepared with care, but İmforx Labs Ltd. cannot guarantee that all information is at all times complete, accurate, current, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, İmforx Labs Ltd. excludes liability for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use or non-availability of this content, except where such damage is caused by intent or gross negligence.
